At Ornot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it's not the right fit or style, you can return or exchange unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the transit safely.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
